The Hollyland Lark A1 is a compact, ultra-lightweight wireless lavalier mic system built for creators, vloggers and mobile journalists. It delivers studio-quality audio with a 48 kHz / 24-bit resolution and can handle loud sound sources up to 120 dB SPL without distortion thanks to its intelligent auto-limit protection. To deal with background noise, it offers three levels of adaptive noise cancellation (Weak, Medium, Strong), making it great in windy, echoey or traffic-heavy environments. Through the LarkSound app, you can finely tune your sound using six gain levels, plus EQ presets (Balance, Low, Bright) and reverb modes (Small, Medium, Large), giving you flexibility to shape the audio for vocals, interviews or ambient sound.
In terms of connectivity, it supports both USB-C and Lightning receivers, so you can plug it into most phones and tablets with plug-and-play ease. The wireless transmission runs over 2.4 GHz using frequency-hopping for stable performance across up to 200 m (650 ft) line-of-sight, which is impressive for such a small kit.
