By submitting your device to LinkPhones Center for diagnosis or repair, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated on this page.
Repair Terms and Conditions

Diagnosis First
Upon payment, a complete diagnosis will be performed to identify the root cause of the issue reported on the gadget. -
Approval Before Repair
Repair work will only begin after the customer approves the repair and pays 45% of the total repair cost. -
Repair Time
Repair time depends on the nature of the issue and the availability of required parts. Customers will be updated accordingly where possible. -
Warranty
Repairs come with a limited warranty of one (1) month. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, mishandling, or any damage caused after collection. -
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for existing faults or any faults that were not mentioned by the customer at the time the gadget was submitted for diagnosis or repair.
- For software-related issues, there is a possibility of data loss. LinkPhones Center will not be liable for any data loss during diagnosis, repair, software updates, flashing, resetting, or related repair processes.

Water and Physical Damage
Gadgets with water damage, heavy physical damage, or severe internal damage may not be fully repairable. In some cases, repair attempts may not restore the gadget to full working condition. -
Payment
The remaining 55% of the repair cost is required on the collection date before the repaired gadget is released to the customer. -
Uncollected Items
Any gadget or item that remains uncollected for more than sixty (60) days may attract storage charges or may be disposed of at the company’s discretion.
Important Notice
Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting any gadget for diagnosis or repair. LinkPhones Center will not be responsible for loss of data, files, contacts, photos, applications, or any other information stored on the gadget.By proceeding with diagnosis or repair, the customer confirms acceptance of these Repair Terms and Conditions.
