The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Products Warranty, Sell & Purchase Terms

1. Warranty is given by the manufacturer, not the shop (in case of defect repairs are handled by the service center of the brand purchased)
2. Whereby a customer is not able to reach the service center, we can help him / her to take it to the service center and this can take a maximum of 7-days to 30 days.
3. Before Purchase kindly confirm from the shop whether your phone has a local warranty because we don’t have any right to give warranty as a shop (NB, not all products are under warranty. Some are sol on ‘As it is Basis Unless Stated Otherwise.’)
4. We issue (1-3 years warranty ) on all BRAND NEW PRODUCTS, (6 Months) warranty on EX-Uk PRODUCTS.
5. Warranty ONLY covers software and doesn’t cover water/physical damage.
6. Warranty does not cover hardware and physical damage like screen breakage.
7. Warranty does not cover CHARGER and EARPHONES, please check them while you are purchasing.
8. We have 3 days return policy. If your phone has any major problem, we will exchange it. After 4 days window period, the phone will be sorted under warranty. If yes your phone has an issue bring it back to us and give us 24hrs to assess it.
9. If your phone is taken back for warranty it is required for you to give us a 24 hrs period to assess what the issue is. After that it will take up to a month to get your phone sorted or exchanged.
10. We do not issue any refunds on items on warranty.
11. Warranty becomes void if you open the phone without our consent.

Terms & Conditions for TRADE INS

Your device must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Your device must power on, hold a charge and not power off unexpectedly.
2. Your device must have a function display with no black spots or dead pixelation of any kind.
3. Your device must not have any breaks or cracks or other defects that go beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: multiple scratches, dents or dings, evidence of water damage and corroded charging port.
4. Your device must not be rooted (phone status should be official)
5. Your device must not be on blacklist of any kind.
6. You must be the owner of the device.
7. You must perform factory reset on it and remove all personal information.
8. UNFORTUNATELY we don’t accept Huawei phones without playstore and google services.
9. Trade-ins values will vary based on the condition, year and configuration of your device.
10. Presentation of a valid government issue ID is required.

Outside Nairobi Trade in Terms & Conditions

The following are options for a trade in if you are not around Nairobi:

1. Visit us in our Store if you can.
2. Find someone you know in Nairobi send him /her the Gadget, let him come to our Store and do the Trade in on your behalf.
3. Send the Gadget to us we access it then you top up the difference for a New Gadget then we will send it to your Location.

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

1. We offer payment plan upto 3 months.
2. Pay 40% deposit of the cost price.
3. You will collect your Gadget after FULL PAYMENT.
4. With Zero interests.
5. Documentation? Yes.
