- Timeframe: You may return any product within 3 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. It should include all accessories, manuals, and other items that came with the product.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from LinkPhones Center is required to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Software and digital downloads
- Personalized or custom-order items

3. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery, have obvious signs of use, or are missing parts not due to our error.
