The Promate Ken is a dual‑mode wireless optical mouse built for everyday computing whether you’re working, studying, browsing, or doing light creative work. You can connect it either via Bluetooth or via the included 2.4 GHz nano USB receiver, making it easy to switch between devices without needing multiple mice.
It uses a high-precision optical sensor with adjustable sensitivity: 800, 1200 or 1600 DPI. This lets you choose between precision (useful for writing or editing) or faster cursor movement (good for browsing). The mouse is ambidextrous and ergonomically shaped, so it feels comfortable in either hand and is suitable for long sessions of use.
Powered by a single AA battery, the Promate Ken is optimized for power efficiency giving it long battery life between battery changes. With a wireless range up to about 10 meters, it also gives freedom of movement, useful if you’re presenting, using a large screen or moving around with a laptop.
Its basic button layout (left click, right click, scroll wheel) makes it easy to use right out of the box, without any special drivers or complicated setup. For most users students, office workers, or anyone needing a reliable, portable input device the Promate Ken strikes a good balance between ease of use, comfort and flexibility.
